Hero Savings Programs – Who Qualifies, Restrictions & Limitations
PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS, TERMS OF USE, LIMITATIONS & SERVICE AREAS
This unique program has been established by Smart Move Real Estate to benefit Active Duty or otherwise honorable discharged members of any branch of the United States Military. Additionally, the program extends to personnel employed by other organizations and departments who serve the Greater Baton Rouge and surrounding market areas. The property must be a primary residence which is located in an area serviced by Smart Move Real Estate. See below for current qualified occupations and current service areas.
QUALIFIED HERO PROFESSIONS:

LAW ENFORCEMENT: Any employee of a local, state or federal law enforcement agency which serves the Greater Baton Rouge market area.

MILITARY: Any active duty, reserve duty, disabled, or honorably discharged member of any branch of the United States Armed Forces.

FIRE FIGHTERS / PARAMEDICS / EMTs: Any employee of any Fire Department, any employee of an organization providing Paramedic or EMT services which serves the Greater Baton Rouge market area.

EDUCATORS: Any teacher, administrator or supportive personnel employed by any state or private school system.

CURRENT SERVICE AREAS:
We are currently expanding our base of experienced agents to allow us to service our local heroes in more markets. However, for the time being, the Hero Savings Programs are currently limited to persons buying or selling a primary residence in the following parishes and/or communities within certain parishes.
