Hero Savings Program – What We Ask Of You


    Derek, Hero Sellers Program, What We Ask Of YouOur HERO SAVINGS PROGRAMS were designed to save our hero clients’ thousands of dollars in sales commissions and transaction costs!

    It is our hope that we can continue indefinitely to provide these savings to the men and women who serve our community and or nation. 

    In order to ensure we remain in a financial position to continue to offering these savings to our local heroes; we simply ask the following of the heroes we help with this program:


    • If the Hero Home Seller is purchasing a new property in one of our current service areas, we ask that they allow a Smart Move Real Estate Agent to assist them in the facilitation of their new home purchase. This allows us to earn a sales commission from the seller of the new home the hero is purchasing.

    • If the Hero Home Seller is purchasing a new property OUTSIDE OF one of our current service areas, we ask that they allow Smart Move Real Estate TO REFER them to a top tier Buyer’s Agent in the market area in which they are moving. This allows us to earn a Referral Fee from the agent who assists the hero in facilitating their new home purchase in a market in which we currently do not serve.

    • Lastly, we ask our Hero Home Buyer’s and Home Sellers to refer us to family and friends who may be interested in buying or selling real estate. We promise to provide these people with the same expertise, professionalism and the extraordinary customer service that we provide our heroes. Additionally, Our unique programs for non-heroes will also save THEM some money!
